7 DAY FREE RETURN POLICY
You may choose to return or exchange items under our free returns and exchanges policy. You must notify us in writing within seven days of receiving your order and arrange collection within 14 days. Please email online.assistance@uk.alexandermcqueen.com to arrange free collection of your order.
Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Alexander McQueen and may only be refunded as a store credit or an exchange.
Please note that a different return policy may be applicable for in-store purchases.
RETURN CONDITIONS
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession so please pack the Product(s) safely and securely in the original packing ensuring these Returns Conditions are met. Products must not have been worn, altered or washed. Footwear, should only have been tried on carpeted surfaces. Products must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.
PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS
Please place the Product(s) in the original packaging and shipping box together with original receipt. Complete the Returns Form and include this inside the box. Close the box and tape securely: please affix the returns label.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you may cancel a Contract at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the Product(s). To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing at online.assistance@uk.alexandermcqueen.com with details of the Product(s) that you no longer require and the order number issued at the time of purchase: we will reply to your email to confirm order cancellation. You must cover the costs of returning the cancelled order to us: please follow the Packaging Instructions set out below.
Upon inspection of the returned goods we will endeavour to process the refund within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment together with the original shipping cost.
Other than a return as set out above, if you return the Product(s) for any other reason (for instance if you claim the Product(s) is defective or you are otherwise entitled by law to a refund), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of our decision via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
